Guest Directory Breakfast Continental breakfast is provided from 7:30 to 9:30 AM. If you need to leave earlier than this time, please let us know, and we will prepare a breakfast bag for you. Check-In / Check-Out Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Deck The covered deck at the end of the second-floor hallway is available for everyone’s enjoyment. Two of our guest rooms have windows that open onto this area. Please be courteous and keep noise levels down when these rooms are occupied. Public Areas The parlor, sitting room, and dining room on the main floor are available to all guests. Ice An ice maker is located in the dining room. Please help yourself. Quiet Hours :) 11 pm-5 am is quiet time. Please respect our other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. Smoking Our home is smoke-free. For guests who smoke, the lower deck on the parking lot (west) side is available. Eco-Friendly Practices We encourage our guests to help protect the environment by hanging towels to dry and reusing them whenever possible. If you need fresh towels, please call or text us at 902-978-2788. Damages We reserve the right to charge for any irremovable stains or damages. Emergency Dial 911 in case of emergency. Policies Number of guests: The maximum number of guests is 2 in each room, there will be an additional $25 charge for each extra adult and child over 12 years old. Check-in / check-out: Please note that our check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM, if you plan to arrive before 3:00 PM and your room is not ready, we will store your luggage. If you will be arriving after 9:00 PM, please let us know!. Check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. Pet policy: There is no pet allowed in this property. Smoking policy: Our home is smoke-free. For our guests who do smoke, the lower deck is available on the parking lot/west side. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel free of charge until 3 days (72 hours) before arrival. You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival or don’t show up, all charges are plus Taxes. For a reservation of multiple rooms, or for a stay of 7 or more nights, please contact us for a revised cancellation policy. To cancel your reservation, you must notify us by email or phone, giving us your confirmation number, we will email you confirming the cancellation.
